Founders Club

An exquisite spirit collection hand-selected by Fairmont Olympic’s award-winning Beverage Curator, Jesse Cyr, is used to create innovative cocktails unique to Founders Club. The cocktail program features fine spirits – aged, vintage and limited edition – all showcased in a classically-inspired fashion with a focus on meticulous craftsmanship and the purity of refined flavor.

 

In accordance with the Seattle & King County Verification of Vaccination Order, people ages 12 and older are required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test result (taken within 72 hours) to dine in at our restaurants and bars.
